Our department Job International addresses experts and leaders in Germany, Europe and non-European countries: We organise expert excursions, intercultural trainings, seminars and trainings for further education and job-related education in Germany and elsewhere.

From our registered office in the city of Dortmund / Germany we conceptualise and realise long-term projects abroad – from the first idea, over the development of an eligible concept until the realisation.

Thus we actively help and get involved by developing new structures of the social, educational and health system and in the youth welfare service. We realise our projects with partners and teams of experts in the new EU countries, in aspiring EU countries, threshold countries and countries in the process of transformation, like in our running project working with disabled people in Belarus. Currently we conceptualise projects with Turkey and Uzbekistan.

Our main focus migration imparts intercultural competences to pupils, teachers, social workers, elderly car nurses, doctors, skilled labourers in the psychiatry and many more. New perspectives and intercultural competences have to be quickly available in schools and companies. Seminar modules in the field of culture sensitive care and further education for skilled labourers of the work with disabled and not-disabled people show the broad spectrum of our competence in this field.
