Welcome to the Association forInternational Education and Exchange (IBB)Overcoming boundaries: Not only between countries, but also in the head. With this goal before our eyes we have been organising impressive trips, ambitious exchange programmes for pupils, intercultural trainings and international conferences for over 20 years from our location in Dortmund A main focus of our work is the very vivid relation to Belarus. For in our work with foresight we do not forget remembering the atrocities of the past. The Association for International Education and Exchange (IBB) runs the international education and exchange meeting place “Johannes Rau” in and the history factory Minsk and it counsels and aids the promotional programme of Belarus. Furthermore it is the editor of Belarus Perspectives. The IBB is institutionally and politically autonomous, charitable and non-profit. Become acquainted with our activities. More about the IBB you will find here.
